WordPress Virtual Assistant for Small Businesses

Susan Marshall

WordPress Virtual Assistant

I work with only a limited number of clients each month, which allows me to provide dependable support and quality services.

I have a four-year college degree in Computer Information Systems. After leaving my corporate programming career I started my own business. With my education, work experience and love of computers, specializing in website support made sense to me.

I’ve been in business since January 2004 and now specialize exclusively in WordPress websites and 3rd party services that my clients use.

I currently live in sunny Arizona with my husband and three children. My husband, John Marshall, is a sports writer and journalist for The Associated Press. You may have even seen some of his work in your local newspaper.

My Clients

My clients are either solopreneurs or small businesses with little to no technical knowledge of website maintenance. They would rather assign website tasks and projects to me and kept their time for the things that they do best and enjoy the most. They include professionals like accountants, authors, consultants, coaches, property managers, lawyers and other service providers.

My Experience

  • Working with WordPress since 2007
  • Building websites since 2004
  • Mainframe programmer from 1989 to 1999

My Education

  • 4-yr degree in Computer Information Systems
  • Self taught in web design, html, css
  • Self taught in WordPress
