Do I work with a team or with you?

You work with me. I handle the work myself unless you ask otherwise.

Email or call me with your request. I acknowledge receipt and notify you when the work is done.

How fast are tasks completed?

Most tasks are completed in 1–2 business days, and many sooner. I reply within 24 hours on weekdays, with emergencies excepted.

What does monthly maintenance include?

WordPress, theme, and plugin updates; full backups with 90-day retention; issue support; hosting and domain help as needed; plus extras customized after a consult.

The monthly rate depends on the site and scope. We set it on a free consultation. There is no long-term contract.

After a corporate programming career I started my own business in January 2004, and I now specialize exclusively in WordPress and the tools my clients already use with their sites.
